- Lead the launch of the company into Germany
- Ensure the regions operations are hitting or exceeding company KPIs
- Plan & execute all live operations
- Improve & lead warehouse operations in your region
- Develop a first-class team setting clear goals
- Work closely with central teams
- Monitor all sites P&L
- Identify local growth opportunities

**Requirements**:

- A track record for success in a Warehouse/Logistics related role
- Ability to work in a tech-driven environment
- Driven & hungry to succeed
- Worked for a multiple sited business
- Natural problem solver & collaborative mindset
- Ability to visualise and interpret data
