Receptionist

**About The Role**: **Penbridge School** is seeking to appoint a motivated **Receptionist** to join our supportive team and work across both the Infant and Junior Schools. We are looking for a well-organised, efficient and enthusiastic person to assist in supporting the Office Manager by providing a range of administrative support and a reception service. You will provide a friendly, welcoming, first point of contact for parents/carers, visitors and staff. You will have the ability to cope with conflicting demands, deadlines and interruptions whilst working to tight deadlines in a methodical manner. **What you will need to succeed**: - For a full list of responsibilities please see the attached job description_ - **Excellent administrative and organisational skills**: Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. - **Clear communication skills**: Customer-focused with a professional demeanour. - **High standards and attention to detail**: Commitment to maintaining accuracy and quality. - **Excellent IT skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft 365. - **Qualifications**: GCSE Maths and English at Grade C/4 or equivalent. - **Experience**: Previous experience in a similar role or educational setting is preferred. **About Us**: - Formally known as Penhale Infant School and Newbridge Junior School, we officially joined together in September 2022 to form Penbridge Infants and Junior School.
