Window Warehouse, based in Farlington, Portsmouth, are a busy and popular window and door manufacturer. As our business is expanding, we are seeking to recruit a full time Receptionist to join our team and contribute to providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to progress in a local company and your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting and assisting visitors in a friendly, professional and courteous manner
- Answering incoming calls promptly and directing them appropriately
- Carrying out general administrative duties including taking payments

To be considered for the role it is essential that you have the following skills:

- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft office suite
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a dynamic work environment

Prior experience in an administrative or receptionist role is beneficial

Salary is from £24,000 per annum and is based on experience.

Pay: From £24,000.00 per year
