**The Company/Team**: This company has a great reputation for developing people within Financial Services and they are going through a sustained period of expansion, which started in 2020.This is a relatively new, cross-functional team withinthe Re-registrations & Transfers area (RR&T One) that is responsible for enabling investors to move their assets onto our clients’ platform. This is one of three pioneering pilot teams set to shape the future of our clients’ entire business in terms of theway they are organised.
**The Role**:This Product Owner role is part of our clients 'Change Hub’, which broadly comprises of Technology, Process Simplification Optimisation and Digital teams. This is the lead role within the 'Change Hub’, so you will be accountablefor delivering change across the end to end RR&T client journeys (across all product, client types and functions).
You will work with stakeholders to determine the change that is needed to improve the client journey, develop the strategy essentially ensuring a fast paced and effective change to the journey and therefore, the client experience. This is a global organisation,so the Change Hub comprises of people across different countries and different cultures and in different time-zones.
**Experience/Skills Required**: For this Product Owner role, you must have solid product owner experience within Financial Services, Banking or Insurance and you must have experience of working with and understanding the needs of customers orclients (internal or external). Strong business acumen and a strategic, growth mindset are also important considerations and you should have a commitment to an Agile/digital working style.
**Additional Information**: The salary is negotiable with an average bonus of c.23% (c.£18,500) and a company pension contribution to 13% (£10,500). There is an excellent benefits package and genuine chances to progress within a company wellknown for developing people.
