Once For All is a high-growth, cloud-based, SaaS subscription business. Our technology helps our customers to manage their supply chain governance, risk management and compliance. We work across public and private sector and have over 250k customers across the UK across 20 different sectors including construction, transport, retail, hospitality education, facility and property management, manufacturing, local and central government. Role Summary The role holder will be responsible for supporting the development and management of a key elements of our Proposition, helping to define features, and deliver exceptional user experiences for buyers and suppliers in line with the product strategy and objectives of the business. The role holder will work closely with the Product Manager, Technical Lead and other cross-functional teams including design to prioritize the product backlog, launch new features, and ensure our platform meets customer needs and drives commercial value. Job Accountabilities Product Owner Working closely with the Product Manager own the backlog for core features, including workflows, and transaction flows. Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, user feedback, and analytics. Translate high-level business goals into detailed, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria, communicate these to engineering ahead of each sprint cycle. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure intuitive, user-centric product experiences. Work with engineering teams in Agile sprints to deliver high-quality features on time. Monitor performance of features during QA and business test/launch, gather feedback, and iterate quickly. Problem resolution Maintain and report on progress and act as the first point of contact for engineering, regarding new features. Identify and elevate issues in a timely manner, with potential solutions whenever possible. Design And User Experience Work with the Design and User Experience Research (UXR) team to deliver a best-in-class user experience: Specify and document the brief to Designers and UX Researchers. Manage the output from UXR and Design into engineering. Candidate Requirements Critical Skills & Competencies Analysis and problem solving. Communication. Teamwork and collaboration. Initiative. Ability to liaise with senior managers. Great attention to detail. Collaborative working style. Passion, enthusiasm, commitment. Experience & Qualifications High quality degree, or equivalent work experience. 3+ years experience in a Product Owner/Product Manager or BA role, preferably in a B2B, procurement platform, or SaaS environment. Experience working with Agile teams and tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro and Figma. Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities. Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex problems. Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and act on product analytics.
