**Job Title/Location**: Digital Employee Experience Product Owner, Surrey or London & WFH
- **Salary**: £negotiable
- **WFH**: Average week of 1-2 days office & 3-4 days WFH (flexibility on this)
- **Requirements**: Experience of product ownership working in areas such as digital workplace, employee experience/engagement/digital HR
- **Role Snapshot**: Driving product management and delivery of all products that are scoped within the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) programme

**The Company/Dept**: This company has built a great reputation for developing people within the Financial Services sector and they are going through a sustained period of expansion including developing new strains of business. The EmployeeExperience Team is a new initiative that is only going to grow over coming years. This is a global team responsible for employee engagement, the employee value proposition, corporate citizenship, well-being and diversity & inclusion.
- Driving product management and delivery of all products that are scoped within the DEX programme
- Lead multi-skilled delivery teams. Encourage and motivate teams to deliver on the product vision and roadmap
- Providing ongoing evidence to support the product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritisation of the Source and DEX product portfolio. This should cover insights from user feedback/research, usage stats, competitor & market research
- Work closely with the DEX Director and other relevant stakeholders to ensure deliverables for the DEX programme integrate into the existing and future planned user experience
- Work across CPO and other corporate enabler functions to ensure the product supports the overall DEX Strategy

**Experience/Skills Required**: Our client is looking forsomeone who is experienced and passionate about the digital employee workplace. You should be an experienced Product Owner with solid exposure to digital HR, employee experience/employeeengagement. As this is a new function that will quickly expand, you should have the ability to conduct product/business analysis, possess Agile experience and a background in digital platform development and delivery of platforms in regulated environments.Influencing skills are also key.
