**Personal Injury Fee Earner - City of London**

**£50,000 - £70,000**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ability to handle caseloads of defendant clinical negligence work acting for a variety of clients.
- Supporting both junior colleagues and work closely with Partners.
- Experience of business development and client relationship management is desirable.
- Deal with both fast and multi-track files.
- Assist with high value, complex claims.
- Attend conferences, trials and proofing of witnesses.
- Assist with presenting sensitive documentation.
- Draft court documents whilst working closely with counsel.
- Engage with clients, build strong rapport and represent the firms values.

**Key Requirements**:

- Qualified Solicitor (2+ years PQE)
- Must have experience with Clinical/Medical Negligence or Personal Injury
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
- Strong academic background, excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Excellent team work skills.
- Produce all work to a high standard.
