Business Support Coordinator to join our Business Operations team in London, on a temporary basis. This position will support broadcast news operations throughout EMEA, which is primarily based in London, and reports in to the Manager of Business Operations
- Ensure compliance with expense management, company policies, procedures, processes, and procurement. Where appropriate, issues will be escalated to ensure management are informed.
- Liaise with Finance, Accounting, HR, and Procurement as needed.
- Invoice Approval: Coding, tracking, and approving invoices. Complete and maintain of 3rd party vendors in A/P systems, coordinate invoice payments with accounting, collecting additional information needed (payment details), etc.; respond to invoice queries.POs will be completed when required.
- Expense Approval: Reviews and approves T & E expense reports in Concur ensuring policy compliance and proper allocations. Reviews reports for accurate foreign currency conversion and compliance of travel policies. Responsible for ensuring cash advancesto field employees are reconciled. Ensure all payments to 3rd parties are compliant with company policies, FCPA/OFAC regulations and local laws.
- Support with staff and freelance new hire on boarding provisions. Including equipment orders, and working with our third-party contingent workforce partner - Resource Solutions

3-5 years of relevant working experience
- Knowledge of expense report systems (such as Concur) and accounts payable systems (such as PeopleSoft/Ariba), other Accounting and Finance systems, and HR protocols are a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel.
