Smarter Cover is a life insurance brokerage, established since 2012, with year upon year growth.

We sell life insurance to customers, from warm leads, over the phone and pride ourselves on our training and staff development. In fact, every single one of our sales managers have been developed internally.

We have also promoted a record number of people up to our top sales tier, (where you can potentially earn £5000+ a month in bonus).

Ultimately, we are a sales company run by sales people. We have regular incentives, where you can win prizes, time off work and a host of other goodies.

**Realistic, Uncapped 1st year OTE earnings of £32,000 to £50,000.**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Outbound telephone sales
- Converting warm sales leads into sales
- Management of sales pipeline

**Essential Skills and Experience**:

- Drive, tenacity and enthusiasm
- Excellent communication skills
- Working in a fast-paced environment
- Sales experience of some capacity would be ideal, but by no means necessary
