**Job Type**: Full Time

Monday - Friday

Based at our HQ in Deptford, London

**Salary**: £26,000pa - £32,000pa Depending on experience

Key responsibilities:

- To receive the initial enquiry and make contact with the client to discuss their options.
- To prepare a quote based off the brief supplied.
- To ensure that all job sheet correspondence is dealt with promptly and communicated effectively with other departments.
- To carry out any other reasonable duties as required to achieve the objectives and targets of the sales and events team
- To represent Social Espresso in a professional manner at all times in your behaviour, appearance and knowledge.
- To insure all events are executed correctly. Making sure that the event is as they require, and ensuring that any on the day changes are passed on where necessary, to the operational team.
- To comply with all legal requirements with particular reference to (but not exclusively) fire regulations, security, licence requirements and any Local Authority or Client stipulations.
- To regularly brief and update the events team with any information that is relevant to the business of the day/week - i.e - amendments of the event calender and to attend operational meetings where required.
- To liaise with the client about their event including up selling and special requirement checks.
