The beautiful Vashi Covent Garden store, in London’s West End, brings our Customer, Manufacturing and Production together to co-create beautiful jewllery. When our customers co-create a piece of jewellery, it’s our craftsmen and women who bring their ideas to life.

Our customers have unrivalled access to their jewellery at every stage of creation, giving them the opportunity to play a key role in the design, casting, setting and polishing, and even letting them get hands-on, adding the finishing touches to their design while guided by you.

This is your chance to partner with the customer throughout the process from casting grain to the finished article. All the while sharing your knowledge and craft, putting the customer's experience and learning at the heart of it all working from our brand new, state-of-the-art in-store workshop in our Covent Garden flagship.

As one of the In-store Mounters, here is what you would have done last week:

- Engaged with customers and introduced them to the production process
- Built rapport through storytelling with customers during consultations alongside our Retail team.
- Prompt tackling of tasks - often with customer present, for example: resizing of rings or setting of stones to involve the customers in the journey co-creating their fine jewellery piece.
- Assembled work across all precious alloys, setting of single and melee stones, polishing prepared mounts, jobbing and customer experiences - LoveStory, consultations, immediate customer works/repairs.
- Worked with the team's schedule on order completion, ensuring that the operation is a self-sufficient lean unit.
- Mounting - Performing with laser work and assembly in all fine alloys (Platinum, 18k etc), preparing to a high standard - able to follow procured parameters with regard to process

**Who you are**:

- You’ll have a high level of capability on cast assemblies - the experience of consistently high-quality work
- Highly competent in all aspects of laser welding
- Comfortable with elements of handmade skill, mechanisms production and alteration
