We are a London-based startup dedicated to empowering students with the skills and confidence they need to excel academically. We are currently seeking a passionate and 3-4 years experienced **Mathematics Tutor** to help KS2 students prepare for the 11+ exams through engaging and tailored online sessions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct interactive workshops specifically designed for 11+ exam preparation.
- Assess individual student needs and adapt lessons to accommodate different learning styles.
- Develop and deliver customized lesson plans aligned with the UK KS2 mathematics curriculum.
- Assist students with homework, exam preparation, and mastering complex mathematical concepts.
- Provide regular progress updates and constructive feedback to both students and parents.
- Stay informed about changes in the UK education system and advancements in mathematics teaching methodologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong understanding of the UK mathematics curriculum for KS2.
- Proven tutoring or teaching experience, particularly in 11+ exam preparation.
- **3-4 years of experience tutoring mathematics for the 11+ exam preparation.**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate students.
- Proficiency in online teaching tools and platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, interactive whiteboards).
- A degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

**Working Hours**:

- Flexible part-time hours, with availability during evenings and weekends preferred.
