Streamline Search are working with a well-established family-run signage manufacturers who are looking to hire a **Project Manager.**The company provide vitreous enamel signage and cladding, alongside standard powder coated aluminium signage for blue chip clients across National Rail, London Underground and commercial sectors and have been. You will havethe opportunity to work out of their headquarters, a 15,000 sq. ft. production facility. Furthermore, this now includes a purpose built 4,000 sq. ft. area built in 2012.

As the project manager you will carry out the delivery of a project from its inception to completion. Ensuring client expectations are exceeded, projects are delivered on time and to budget, and margins are protected.

**Project Manager - Position Overview**
- To liaise with clients on a face-to-face basis to understand their expectations, report on continued progress of the project, ensure all expectations are met as a minimum, give them confidence their project is being looked after.
- To work closely with the in-house production and design teams to ensure that all drawings are issued in a timely manner, are drawn to specification and to the requirements of the works, ensure production understands the deadlines and milestones requiredfor installation and manage internal expectations of timelines.
- To carry out the undertaking of on-site Risk Assessments for project works and the creation of Method Statements and Risk Assessments to form a Safe System of Works that can be submitted to the client for review and approval.
- To brief all installation teams on the project works either on site through a walk about or at the office for smaller projects. Ensure they understand the expectations, timelines and importance of reporting all site works back.

**Project Manager - Position Requirements**
- Previous Project Management experience
- Signage/cladding experience is highly advantageous
- Experience working in the London Underground demonstrating a good understanding of the procedures in this environment is essential
- Experience working for network rail is highly advantageous
- Be computer literate
- Able to work well under pressure and manage the pressure of conflicting demands and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently
- Ability to deliver multiple projects

**Project Manager - Position Remuneration**
- Salary £35,000 to £45,000 dependent upon experience
- Mileage will be paid at.40p for the first 10,000 miles and then.25p per mile thereafter for travel required for Company business but does not include travel to the office.
- Expenses will be re-imbursed if they are incurred for work, full receipts will need to be provided.
- Monday - Friday / 08.00 to 5.00
- Occasional working from home
- Phone and laptop provided
- Opportunity to occasionally use company van
- 21 days holiday plus bank holidays
