Ripon Farm Services is a family owned multibranch agricultural dealer covering 14 sites within Yorkshire, Teesside, Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire. We are responsible for the sale and aftersales support of a wide range of agricultural machinery and products, predominantly the exciting John Deere range of products. A sales support administrator is responsible for processing and seeing through often high value orders. On receipt of sales order, various processes are followed while keeping compliant with dealer and supplier agreements and once invoiced, warranty registration, powerguard extended warranty activation, DVLA, tax and registration must all be completed where applicable.

You will assist the teams in maintaining accurate and on-time reports and records. Will be required to support in all sales administration, telephones and receptionist work.

**Essential Duties**:

- Processing and seeing through the sales order to the final invoice. These are usually of high value.
- Point of contact for the sales and finance team across 14 depots throughout the country
- Liaise with internal departments as appropriate to complete the sales process.
- Register new equipment with the appropriate authorities.
- Ensure all relevant information is collated and documented for trade in machines.
- To follow an organised and methodical routine that ensures the sales admin process is accurate and precise as high value items are common.
- Complies to all dealer and manufacture standards.
- These duties are not exhaustive and may vary from time to time, depending on the needs of the business.
- Excellent IT knowledge.
- Understands the software in the dealer business system.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills, together with a strong driven ethic for completing tasks and learning knew process.
- Ability to create, analyse and interpret reports.
- Organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Understanding of Agriculture would be ideal.
- Flexible attitude and a pragmatic approach to workload and duties.
