Head of Transformation, Enterprise Planning

Are you an expert in organisation transformation? We've an exciting opportunity which combines planning, execution and delivery for our Head of Transformation, Enterprise Planning & Delivery role. Reporting to the Transformation Director, you’ll ensure that robust delivery plans aligned to value are in place to enable the execution of the transformation plan for our AXA Health strategy.

You’ll collaborate closely with all functions across the Health business to ensure transformation activities are set up for success and you’ll work closely with UK and Ireland change functions from a change delivery and governance framework perspective. Relationships with business sponsors will be key to driving successful outcomes and value across the business. As well as being responsible for the overall roadmap and delivery plans, this role will also directly manage the implementation of a number of key projects and programmes.

You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, either at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. **What you’ll be doing**:

- Planning and prioritisation of all AXA Health change investment across the product streams
- Ensuring the appropriate financing is in place aligned to the financial planning cycle
- You’ll be accountable for design and run of all change governance, ensuring appropriate governance in place for the risks being taken.
- Running Health Excom Change Board and acting as primary point of contact for central UK&I and change and transformation stakeholders.
- Leading and managing the portfolio management office, including all Exec level governance
- Performance tracking & establishment and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs), covering cost, risk, delivery and benefits
- Accountable for defining and delivering regulatory, mandatory & operational run projects and programmes including appropriate sub-portfolio governance

**What you'll bring**:

- Proven experience in leading and driving successful organisational transformation initiatives, with a focus on aligning transformation efforts against product strategy and vision.
- Planning & Portfolio Management experience, including governance and enterprise PMO
- Ability to define and communicate a clear transformation vision and strategy, aligned to the organisational strategy and to drive the organisation towards achieving that vision.
- Effective collaboration and alignment and influencing of key stakeholders,
- Conflict resolution and management
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively articulate the transformation vision, engage and align stakeholders, and drive consensus among teams and stakeholders.
- Able to identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to initiatives within the plan ensuring that potential impacts on delivery and outcomes are proactively managed.
- A growth mindset, openness to learn, and the ability to adapt
