Reporting into the Customer Operations Manager, the Customer Operations Team Leader is responsible for managing a team of Customer Operations Executives to service a portfolio of accounts and brand(s) within the DACH channel whilst ensuring that an optimal level of support is given to internal stakeholders and our customers.
**About the role**:
Drive exemplary service within Pentland Brands.
Collaborate with Key Strategic International Partners.
Manage a team of Customer Operations Executives.
Oversee order placement, stock allocation, logistics, and distribution.
Handle orderbook management and fulfillment.
Track and satisfy in-season order requests.
Manage cancellations, returns, and export documentation.
Provide up-to-date sales and order book information.
Communicate changes to customer orders.
Conduct data analysis on order book and supply chain.
Work with Asia merchandising and shipping teams for export deliveries.
Align Salesforce and Pentland Connect across teams.
Align team activities with COPS Annual Game Plan.
Support personal development aligned with Pentland Principles.
**About you**:
Fluent in German; other languages advantageous coupled with a background in customer-focused roles and key account sales support.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience leading a team or as a high performer in an operational role.
Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Advanced Excel skills.
Strong reporting and analytical abilities.
Experience interpreting large data sets and reporting.
Experience with cancellations, credits, debits, invoicing, and order processing.
Stock and orderbook management skills.
Management of global accounts, multinational distributors, and retailers.
Preferable knowledge of export procedures and documentation.
Familiarity with online retail/distribution management.
Working knowledge of SAP or similar systems is advantageous.
High attention to detail.
Team player.
Ability to work to deadlines.
