**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the SMDL’s Customer Service Charter.
- Team leader must ensure that any issues are resolved within the relevant department and in a timely manner. A particular focus on responding to reviews and address issues raised to suggest improvements.
- When a problem arises, the Team Leader will be called upon to go above and beyond what is required in order to resolve the issue.
- He/she must produce a customer service plan that clearly states the policies, procedures, and processes which the team will use.
- Customer service team leaders will test their plans regularly to ensure that they are efficient and effective.
- Respond to customer inquiries for reservationss and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate adjustments
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, particularly focusing on gift voucher programme and large group bookings for parties
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other staff at Maison De Luxe to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Knowledge of restaurant sector and food dishes is preferred
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Providing leadership, training, and supervision for all front and back staff at Saba Maison De Luxe (SMDL).
- At least 1 year experience of working in fast paced environment where customer service was a key component

**Education**
- Degree in Business or related discipline

**Desirable**
- Knowledge of Indian restaurant business sector and ability to communicate in Sylhety or Bengali

**Salary**: £26,418.00-£27,229.00 per year
