JOB ROLE:
The Bar Staff must ensure that the customer leaves with a smile on their face by providing them with excellent customer service while ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly by taking and executing orders correctly and efficiently, along side ensuring the bar is kept clean and tidy.

As part of our team you will need to work effectively and efficiently, our restaurant can be very busy during peak times so you will need to be able to keep up with the fast pace in order to run a smooth working system.

The Role:
As a member of the front of house team, your role will be key in providing amazing experiences for our guests. To create an atmosphere that will attract families as well as groups of friends, colleagues, couples, by providing exceptional service and a desired menu. Confidence and personality are crucial in our Bar & Grill

As a Restaurant & Bar Team Member you will:

- Work in the restaurant within the establishment where you will be offering a first-class service
- Be innovative, approachable and have the ability to quickly build a strong rapport with customers
- Be organised, hardworking and have an excellent appearance
- You must have outstanding customer service skills and a desire to always go above and beyond to wow customers.
- Must have previous experience in a similar role with the confidence to handle busy moments.
- You must be flexible as business demands late night & weekend work
