**The role**:
The Undergraduate Recruitment Team - within the Division’s Student Journey team - are responsible for the design, planning, delivery and evaluation of the University’s undergraduate recruitment events, including the annual cycle of UCAS fairs, Open Days, Offer Holder Events, Campus Tours and Virtual events, with the aim of attracting and recruiting the best students to the University of Bristol.

**What will you be doing?**:
The post holder will also be responsible for undertaking competitor and marketplace research and making evidence-led continuous improvement to the programme of activity as well as line managing a small number of direct reports.
- You have experience of delivering/planning student recruitment or public-facing events on a large scale
- You are organised and thrive in busy, dynamic situations solving problems with initiative.
- You facilitate change in an evidence-based way and are comfortable analysis and interpreting data.
- You have experience managing complex and senior stakeholders groups and are able to build excellent relationships to achieve a shared goal.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude to enthuse and enable those around you to support your aims.
- You are an effective collaborator and team player.
- You have excellent public speaking and presentation skills to a wide range of audiences.
