Resourcing Advisor

If so, you could be the person we are looking for We have an exciting opportunity for a Resourcing Advisor to join our established and friendly People and Organisational Development team. You will join us on a permanent contract working full time, 35 hours per week. You will be able to work flexibly which will include home and office working from either our Tipton or Albert Embankment office. Do you have what we are looking for? Recruitment experience gained through an agency or in-house environment. Experience of designing competency-based interviewing tools and assessments, as well as assessment centres. Excellent interpersonal skills, confident communicator both verbally and in writing Ability to recruit proactively through online e.g. LinkedIn, Social media etc. Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders Excellent knowledge of Recruitment legislation and HR Best Practice What will you receive?
