We are recruiting for a Central Administrator Apprentice to become part of the successful Central Administration team. As part of this role you will provide an efficient and effective support service to enable fee earners and support staff to utilise their time and activities in the most effective way.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Dealing with the daily post, scanning and allocating
- Photocopying
- Distributing stationery
- Bank runs
- Delivering court documents
- Ensure tidiness within the working environment
- Ad-Hoc duties as and when requested
- Ensure compliance with Information Security Policies including data confidentiality and the operational security of the Information Systems used.
- To ensure you uphold the Core Values of the Winn Group.
- Any ad hoc or additional duties as deemed fit and appropriate by the Management Team for this post and the associated level of responsibility attached to it
**Measures of Success**
- Timely completion and accuracy of tasks
- Adherence to timeframes as set out in apprenticeship
- Completion of the Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship
- Effective working relationships with colleagues
**What Apprenticeship Training will you Receive?**
The successful applicant will complete and obtain a Level 3 Business Administrator Qualification through Learning Curve Group.
You will be taught through:
- 4-6 Weekly 1-2-1 Sessions with your tutor
- 6 weekly hours of Off The Job Training
- The course is a 14 month long programme

- Minimum of 5 GCSE’s grades 4 or above (or equivalent) including Maths and English
- Time management and organisation skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
