**This is a permanent role, based in Central Edinburgh, paying £20-25k per annum depending on experience**
**This is a hybrid work in office/work from home position.**
**The Role**:
We're looking for an analytical graduate to join our Change and Proposition team to work as a Change Analyst.
The team is responsible for ensuring supporting and enabling the business change for both our client base and for internal teams through the folllowing:

- Managing and delivering the Change Programme as agreed with the senior management team.
- Defining and instilling new values, attitudes, norms, and behaviours within an organization that support new ways of working, overcoming resistance to change and encouraging innovation.
- Operating as a conduit for the business to senior management around escalation of key issues, risks and concerns
- Engaging with IT to instill best practices, automation and management of the change process.

You will be responsible for the key processes that support the delivery of the wider company Change Programme. This will include the analysis and prioritization process for small change, resource planning, change governance, reporting and documentation.In addition, the Change Analyst will also provide direct support to specific full-scale projects.
This is an entry level graduate position and so you will be trained up thoroughly in the following Day to day responsibilities including:

- Supporting the analysis and prioritisation of change tickets, using the JIRA project management tool to set up, track and govern items
- Creation of impact statements and cost estimates for client chargeable activity
- Supporting the resource planning process for the wider Change Programme, across Change, IT and Operations teams
- Collation of status reports and creation of meeting papers for the Programme Board
- On-going development of the change methodology and supporting documents
- Identifying ways to improve the efficiency of project delivery
- Support the development and maintenance of a robust control framework
- Support to projects through the research and analysis of business/system requirements and creation of formal project documents
- Undertake Project Management, testing and implementation duties as required
- Educated to graduate level - an analytics or business based degree preferred

- Good communication and presentation skills; including an ability to communicate well with senior management and clients in writing and verbally.
- Sound business and financial judgment combined with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build strong relationships both at senior level and where required with third parties
- The role would require the individual to roll up their sleeves and get actively involved with all aspects of change management processes
- Bonus:

- Knowledge of creating formal business reports
- Experience designing, building and improving processes
- Process Mapping
- Gap Analysis
- IIBA, BCS or International Diploma in Business Analysis or Change Management or working towards (training could be provided)
- Introduction to Investment Management via Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment CISI
- Change Management experience
- Investment Management/Financial Services industry experience
- Experience with JIRA, MS Office, VISIO and Project
