**Role Overview**
We at Asite are looking for a Front of House / Assistant to join our fun, dynamic ever-growing team. Ideally you will have excellent customer service skills, the ability to stay calm in pressured situations within a busy fast-growing business, strong interpersonal skills, good time management and a friendly approachable manner.
A Front of House / Assistant you will be the first person our visitors / clients will meet, and as such you must be able to exhibit a warm and friendly welcome. You will also be onboarding new starters, maintaining a strong friendly culture within the business, and you will be the go-to person when anyone of any level needs assistance.

**Key Responsibilities**
As a front of house, we require you to be in the office 5 days a week, Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm so that you can deliver against your key responsibilities.
As a front of house receptionist / Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Meeting and greeting all visitors.
- Manage the reception inbox responding to staff queries in a polite, helpful, and timely
manner.
- Making sure that meeting rooms are available for staff, ensuring that any double bookings or
conflicts are avoided, and any issues dealt with and resolved.
- Making sure all meeting rooms are prepared and ready to a high standard.
- Assist with the setting up of equipment needed for each meeting including audio visual,
snacks drinks etc.
- Clear the meeting rooms in a timely manner at the end of all meetings.
- Operating the reception phones in a warm, confident, and happy manner.
- Liaising with the C-suite executives and team on the phone as well as face-to-face including
calendar management and potentially travel booking.
- Creating and maintaining a welcoming, tidy, and professional front of house environment.
- Ensuring the office is well equipped and ordering supplies for kitchen, and office in general.
- Ensure the kitchen areas are clean and presentable throughout the day.
- Liaising with building management to coordinate repairs and maintenance.
- Supporting administrative tasks such as providing support to other departments when
needed.
- Arranging travel, couriers.
- Administration Ad-hoc duties.
- Serve tea, coffee, drinks when necessary.
- Assist in organising and planning of company events such as quarterly meet-ups, client forums as well as the Christmas party
**Key Skills**
- Minimum 2-year strong customer service experience in a customer facing role
- Outstanding people skills both face to face and via phone.
- Front of house capabilities, including preparing refreshments for important clients
- Excellent computer and IT skills including outlook, word, PowerPoint, excel, ZOOM and
Microsoft teams.
- A proactive approach to work and a positive disposition
- Strong team player - Multitasker
