**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, document scanning and maintaining office supplies.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Prepare documents and reports as required, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain organised records of correspondence and files for easy retrieval.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient office operations and contribute to a positive work environment.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred but not essential.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) is required.
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail are essential for accurate data entry.
- A friendly disposition with strong communication skills to foster a collaborative office atmosphere.
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
