The post is a Band 3 Healthcare Support Worker, accountable to the Team Leader and working with the wider multidisciplinary team to provide support to patients and their families across Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan,

The position requires a high degree of autonomous working, excellent communication skills, adaptability and self management. Previous experience of working within mental health or equivalent care settings would be desirable.

The postholder will support group activities such as friendship groups, walking group and activities, as well as more individualised support in the Community

The postholder will need to be able to travel under own resources for this role.
