Search Human Resources is currently partnering a leading technical manufacturing business based in Runcorn to recruit a HR Business Partner. This is a permanent role paying up to £60,000

Reporting into the HR Director and being responsible for a HR Advisor you will work with Managers and the Leadership team to deliver a best in class HR Service, some key projects include engagement, ED&I, retention and change.

Key Tasks:

- Dealing with daily HR queries
- Advising and supporting Managers with recruitment, retention and succession
- Support Managers with key ER Policies including disciplinary and grievance
- Support Managers with restructures ensuring there is key people in the right positions
- Help Managers with key engagement projects ensuring an engaged workforce and help reduce attrition
- Use HR MI to make critical decisions which will support the business
