Your responsibilities will include:Partnering with business leaders to shape HR strategy aligned with local and global prioritiesAdvising on policies and handling complex employee relations casesDelivering HR data and insights to drive decision-making and employee engagementSupporting end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and retention activitiesMaintaining HR systems and data integrity (Workday)Driving projects across engagement, culture, DE&I, and organisational developmentEnsuring legal compliance and promoting policy awarenessActing as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders across the businessWhat we’re looking forWe value capability, character, and curiosity. Ideally, you bring:A bachelor's degree and CIPD Level 5 qualification (Associate Membership)3–6 years of HR experience, with at least 1–3 years in a business partner or advisory roleExperience working within a complex, multinational business environmentStrong understanding of UK employment law and best practicesAnalytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insightsStrong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skillsA flexible, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindsetTUPE experience (preferred, but not essential)Why YokogawaYokogawa UK is in a phase of focused, sustainable growth.
