**Position**: Administrator

**Location**: Brierley Hill Dudley - Office Based

**Responsibilities**:
**Job Scheduling**: Efficiently book in jobs, coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure optimal scheduling.

**Contract Management**: Review, send, and follow that up that contracts are signed by the customer ready to book installs.

**Deposit Collection**: Co-ordinate deposit collection process, ensuring timely payments are received in accordance with company policies.

**Client Communication**: Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries regarding project installations and providing updates as needed.

**Administrative Support**: Provide administrative assistance to project teams, including maintaining project documentation, monitoring project progress, and escalating to the correct member of staff when required.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in project planning or project administration or a related field is desirable.
- Excellent organisational skills and detail-oriented.
- Ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £23,000.00 per year
