**£23,500 £1500 bonus**
We are currently seeking a Creative Content Assistant to join the develop team, focusing mainly on the design and creation of video content and marketing collateral.
Background, experience & attributes.
- Experience with video content creation and video editing.
- Design experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premier Pro, InDesign, Illustrator) or other design tools.
- A genuine interest in trends in the digital, social media, and creative industries.
- Innovative thinker.
- Impeccable time management.
- A creative eye.
- Ability to come up with new, fresh ideas.
- Understanding of who develop are, and what we do.

Role and responsibilities.
- Idea generation for video and visual social media content.
- Creation and editing of video content for social channels - (Instagram Reels, LinkedIn Video Content, TikTok, YouTube etc.).
- Assisting with the design of infographics.
- Assisting with design and creation of marketing collateral for the business.
- Assisting the Senior Marketing Manager with the production of both internal and external digital assets.
- Maintain knowledge of sector trends and competitor activity.
- Contributing to monthly planning meetings.
