Internal Sales Representative Crewe £22,000 - £25,000 DOE + Bonus Fulltime (8am - 4:30pm or 8:30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday) Do you work with tenacity, are engaging and have a "go get them attitude?" If so, we would love to know more We are working with a highly respected, global manufacturing organisation and have a genuinely fantastic opportunity to join their thriving InternalSales Team based from their UK Head Office in Crewe. Role: As an Internal Sales Representative you will be working as an integral part of the focused and successful sales team and will aim to exceed targets and KPIs by providing internal commercial support to the fields/external sales team, and wider customer base. The Internal Sales Representative's main role is to generate new business through the effective sourcing of leads, you will also be expected to - Liaise effectively with assign external sales representatives - Research and find prospects (using the internet, social media, referrals etc.) - Contact prospects, - Be persistent to guarantee speaking directly with decision makers and ensure consistent following up of calls - Pass on prospects/leads to external sales reps - Coordinate meetings - Complete relevant background administration tasks **Requirements**: Ideally, you will a strong background in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Service. However, the right personality is essential You must be: - Confident with excellent communication skills - Highly organised with good attention to detail with excellent administration skills - Passionate about providing outstanding customer service - Able to learn and retain technical information - I.T. proficient - Team player but able to work on own initiative - Knowledge or experience within the manufacturing or engineering industries would be an advantage Additional Information: - Excellent, comprehensive training for new starters - Flexible working hours - You will be joining a growing business with a promote from within policy - Excellent scope for development and progression (Regular appraisals - 12pm finish every other Friday
