Newark Desserts specialise in chilled desserts such as trifles as well as cream cakes, éclairs, doughnuts, profiteroles, and choux buns. We are Number 1 in cream cake and trifle production in the UK.

The site employs over 1,900 people and is one of eight factories that are part of the Bakkavor Bakery sector in the UK.

**About the role**

As we provide outstanding service to our customers, we are looking to recruit a number of Production Operatives to come and join us and become a part of our successful team.

As a Factory Operative you will be preparing, mixing and ensuring the production lines are operating efficiently. We manufacture many different products within the business so there’s a lot of variety within the role.

You will be a team player, resilient and will be able to adapt to a factory environment as it can be busy, pressured, cold and wet. Your safety is our priority and to ensure this we will provide you with training and the relevant personal protective equipment.
