Pre-sales Compliance Administrator

Leaders Romans Group are looking for a new Compliance Administrator to join us on a permanent basis based in our busy office in Crowthorne House, Wokingham.

**The core responsibilities of the position**
- Overseeing our internal AML process and ensuring we are compliant and meeting deadlines
- Working closely with the sales team and purchasers to assist them with gathering documentation and ensuring they are certified correctly
- Chasing up both internal and external mortgage brokers
- Liaising with our clients to review processes and maintain strong ongoing communication
- First point of contact for AML queries with the sales team and purchasers
- Ensure compliance requirements are met and anti-money laundering procedures are followed
**Other responsibilities of the position**
- Registering buyers onto our CRM system
- Sending out development information to buyers providing them details on how to apply
- Arranging for the HEC assessments to be completed by our in-house financial team
- Organising void inspections and property maintenance with the SO team, local branches and external contractors
- Keeping a log of void inspections and reporting defects to our clients
- Keeping a record of keys held and sending them out to relevant branches where applicable
- Representing the company in a professional manner
- Assisting the Move Managers with admin tasks
**Required Skills and Experience**
To succeed as a Pre-sales Compliance Administrator you will be highly-organised, hard-working and time efficient
You will also:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to set AML deadlines to both colleagues, mortgage brokers and purchasers
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Have strong & articulate communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Able to prioritise work
**Working hours**
Monday to Friday 8:45am
- 5:30pm
**Working Location**
4 days a week at Crowthorne House and remote working from home 1 day a week if preferred (when approved by line manager)
