Salary: £17,333 pro rata
Start Date: 5th January 2026
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organised Quality and Compliance Administrator to provide essential administrative support across our services. You will assist with compliance, recruitment, training, and record-keeping, taking direction from the Registered Manager and Head of Operations. The role is flexible to meet the needs of the business when required, including occasional travel to other sites, though this will not be continuous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management
- Assist with compliance tasks and auditing requirements
- Support the recruitment process, including pre-screening candidates and chasing references
- Collate and maintain staff training records and arrange training sessions
- Prepare documentation for referrals
- Coordinate and record meaningful activities for service users
- Take minutes at meetings
- Raise repairs and ensure service users are informed of appointments
- Assist with rota management
- Support on-call cover on a 1/3 rotation
Person Specification:
- Strong organisational and administration skills
- Able to follow instructions and work under the direction of management
- Confident handling sensitive information
- Proactive, with good time management and problem-solving skills
- Flexible to meet the needs of the business when required
- Driving licence desirable but not essential
- Experience within the care sector is desirable but not essential
