RAC have an exciting opportunity for an experienced **OEM Account Manager** with experience in working in a regulated sales & customer focused department, to join our dynamic Group Customer and Marketing team, in Walsall on apermanent basis. This role will be delivered on a**flexible hybrid model with days at our Bescot office while also working from home.**

Reporting to the Head of OEM, Account Managers are responsible for managing their key account’s through a matrix team including Sales Support, Corporate Service Delivery Manager in order to maintain and expand relationships within their agreed key corporatepartners.

**What You’ll Do**
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
- Execute the joint company-strategic account plan that delivers mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.
- Maintains and develops strategic account plans that meet company standards.
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate Partner needs on an ongoing basis.
- Establish productive, professional and strategic relationships with key personnel in all areas of the business.

**What You’ll Need...**
- The ability to manage a reasonable number of corporate partnership accounts.
- Demonstrable experience in customer facing roles.
- Experience of speaking with new people and be able to build trusting and effective relationships.
- Strong planning & organisational skills.
- Problem solving skills and demonstrable experience in analysing data to drive continuous improvement.
