**Group Head of Sales - Fylde**

Our client is a group of companies seeking to appoint an experienced forward-thinking executive to join their management team. Operating in sectors such as automotive, printing, and promotional clothing throughout the U.K. their headquarters are based inthe Fylde.

Principal

**Responsibilities**:

- Experience of designing and executing strategic sales plans in conjunction with key stakeholders to achieve sales targets.
- Developing lasting relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
- Working closely with the technical and operations team to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Director level negotiations, responsible for tenders, quotes, internal and external presentations.

Self-motivated professional with proven executive sales and marketing experience.
Motivational with a proven track record in sales.
Excellent Communicator with leadership qualities.
Customer service driven, enthusiastic and keen to exceed both company and customer expectations.
Skills Required

Critical thinking and problem-solving, reacting quickly to business changes using knowledge and reasoning.
Outstanding persuasion, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Excellent time management skills, including prioritisation and delegation.
Strong communication skills.
Good IT skills with an understanding of spreadsheets, presentations, and databases.
