Technical Stock Processor

So that's us, now let's talk about your role:
We are looking for someone with a background in processing stock and quality control. The role includes the refurbishment of the latest Apple devices. You will need to be a highly motivated individual as a good attitude, a strong work ethic and great productivity are vital attributes to suceed within the role.
- We are looking for someone who has good experience in their career handling and processing stock.
- You should be keen to take responsibility for your workload and foster a team spirit with your colleagues to deliver results in a timely manner.
- 1 year minimum experience needed in quality control or stock processing.
- Above all, you must have a strong work ethic, have the ability to be able to communicate efficiently with your supervisors and have great organizational skills to suceed in the role.

**Job Duties**:

- Perform regular Stock Counts and record the data.
- Process deliveries of new stock precisely, and efficiently.
- Clean all devices to a high standard.
- Prepare all stock prior to being made available on sale.
- Meet processing targets and KPI's to acheive bonuses and commision.
- Consistently deliver a high standard of Quality Control and provide necessary feedback to improve our processes.
- Refurbish devices to the renewed standard.
- Assess and process our customer trade-ins and recycled devices.
- Maintain KPIs and own performance
- Acquire and maintain up to date product knowledge on Apple iPhone, iWatch, iPad, MacBook and Android.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Have a steady hand and a keen eye for detail.
- Planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise your workload effectively.
- Punctuation and timekeeping.
- Clear and effective communication
- Ability to work on own initiative, but be a team player
- Fluent in English language speaking and writing.

**This is NOT a remote Role. We're based in Folkestone and will require you in the office to be part of our team.**

A 5-minute commute from central Folkestone, Kent

A 12-minute commute from Ashford, Kent Via M20.

30 minute Lunch Break

x2 10 minute breaks

Monday - Friday

8am - 5pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £26,000.00 per year
