An opportunity has come up within our restructured Hospital Division for a full-time Band 4 Pharmacy Administrator to support our two pharmacy departments at Highgate Mental Health Centre and St Ann's Pharmacy.
You must be experienced, dedicated, reliable, proactive, and a flexible individual who is assertive and take the initiative in anticipating the needs of their teams.
You should be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team. Along with being able to demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills.

In order to meet the needs of the Trust you may be required from time to time to work at different locations to your normal place of work. This may mean that you are required to work at any location that fall under Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey, or Islington. The Trust reserves the right to require staff to work at such other places or locations as it considers reasonable and necessary.
**Some of the key tasks in this role will be**:
To maintain and submit key performance data.
To raise orders for pharmaceutical sundries by using the purchasing system and submit them to authorised personnel for approval.
To maintain personnel records relating to payroll and sickness and absence on the direction of the Head of Pharmacy, collating any data as requested.
To process invoices & credit notes against receipts as to their correctness, quantity, and price, carrying out all necessary checks.
To be responsible for implementing, maintaining and updating departmental administrative procedures and systems.
General administrative functions
Manage e-rostering activities, ensuring rosters are accurate and up to date
Maintain and update the department leave calendar in Outlook, enabling managers to track staff schedules, leaves, and sickness efficiently.
Onboarding New Colleagues and de-boarding leavers
Facilitate orientation and ensure all onboarding documentation is completed
Provide general administrative support to the pharmacy department as required.
