**About the role**

As a Service Management Assistant, you will:

- Assist the Head of Service and Service Coordinator to direct and manage the day-to-day operations within the service.
- Devise, review and update documents, record events and observations and keep appropriate records as required.
- Prepare for care sector-based meetings, such as LAAC reviews, housing support meetings, social work meetings, multi-agency meetings.
- Support Catch Scotland’s Service Managers and Service Coordinators by diarising both internal and external meetings

You will have a genuine commitment to use your skills and experience to support people to live their best lives. You will be supported by an incredibly approachable management team, allowing you to expand on your existing knowledge whilst developing new skills.
- experience within the care sector
- with minute taking
- using all Microsoft packages, displaying competent IT Skills
- with risk assessments and their purpose networking within professional circles

**All new employees must register with SSSC within 3 months of start date.**

Pay: £18,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 per week

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)

- Driving Licence (preferred)
