_Our client is now looking for an Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer (Site Based) to join their busy team in Essex_

The post holder will provide technical support to all facilities and manufacturing within a timely manner and always working according to Health and Safety regulations.

**Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer (Site Based) Duties**:

- Attend to all maintenance and repairs in a competent and timely manner.
- Ensure all machines are serviced according to their individual requirements.
- Provide general facilities support across the buildings and any repair projects within time scales required.
- Communicate clearly to internal teams to achieve practical solutions.
- Work within health and safety at work act of 1974 at all times and in all working areas.
- Ensure that work area is kept clean and tidy.
- You will be required to be flexible with your time, and be prepared to perform maintenance tasks out of hours.
- Ad-hoc tasks may be requested from time to time that is not listed above, but will be required.

**Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer (Site Based) Requirements**:

- Electrical/Electronic or Mechanical Engineering
- Pneumatic system experience
- Minimum of City and Guilds or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline
- Demonstrate problem solving skills and the ability to be actively 'hands on’ when dealing with engineering related problems.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of Health & Safety as applicable to maintenance and engineering procedures.
- Maintain excellent working relations with key departments and managers to ensure communication is well delivered throughout
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, self-motivation, and enthusiasm are essential, as is the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to plan and organise own workload
