Multiskilled HVAC/ Plumbing Engineer required to undertake reactive and planned maintenance. To Carry out reactive and planned maintenance on all M&E assets across site. To carry out mechanical remedial works.
~ To attend and rectify mechanical faults.
~ To carry out planned maintenance in accordance with the company's PPM and task schedules.
~ Undertake PPM activity in a quality, professional manner.
~ Production of technical and situational reports as required.
~ To escalate any major site issues or incidents to your line manager asap once noticed.
~ Understand and be aware of the requirements of all relevant Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality legislation and are equally aware of their own roles and responsibilities within the Company.
~ Based at Amazon LCY2 but may be required to work at other local Amazon sites as and when required
Full UK Driving Licence
~ Clear DBS
~ City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 HAVC/Air conditioning
~ City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 Plumbing
~ Hot Water Systems and Safety Course G3 (Part G3 Building Regulations)
~ Water regs & L8
~ IPAF
