Our fantastic **Balfour Beatty Living Places Team in Sunderland and South Tyneside** based at our **Boldon** office have recently identified the need for a new and exciting role **- An Estimator to join our Win Business Team.**

**What you'll be doing** So, what might we be looking for?**
- Liaise with existing Clients (Local Authority, Main Contractors & Developers)
- Liaise with internal/external Designers, Project Managers/Supervisors.
- Produce all tender documentation for small to medium street lighting projects.
- Send out enquiries to Suppliers for labour, plant & material quotations.
- Send out enquiries to Sub-Contractors for a variety of works (Traffic Management, Civils, Highway Electrical, Service Connections (DNO))
- Coordinate other 3rd Party supply chain companies (Traffic Management, Directional Drilling, Northern Powergrid, Local Gov Permits)

**Who we're looking for** You’ll preferably have**:

- Worked in a Construction, Building or Highway Electrical/Street Lighting
- Some knowledge or previous experience of estimating using Excel templates.
- A relevant technical qualification.
