**Salary up to £22,500 DOE**

**Summary**:
**The role will be responsible for**:

- Review invoices to ensure they are appropriately authorised and coded
- Ensure invoices are posted to the correct company ledger
- Monitor correct authorisation and coding of expense claims
- Working knowledge of VAT regulations to ensure accurate input VAT recovery
- Review BACs run and manual payments
- Ensure supplier statements are reconciled regularly
- Provide analysis on the profile of the purchase ledgers
- Ensure the integrity of the purchase ledger system
- Monitor the ledgers for debit balances and duplicate payments
- Ensure suppliers are correctly approved and procedures followed to set up on the system
- Ensure all internal controls are adhered to
- Undertake ad-hoc financial projects as the need arises

**To be successful you will**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Good team work skills
- Ability to work on own initiative where required
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Previous experience of purchase ledger is preferable
- A knowledge of the industry preferable, but not essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: Up to £22,500.00 per year
