**Job description**

If you are a confident and professional individual who can deliver exceptional customer service, and likes the sound of working in a new state of the art showroom, we want you to come and join our team Working as the main customer point of contact, the Showroom Host role is at the heart of our customer journey. Could that be you?

The role encompasses all aspects of reception management including:

- Greeting and recording all customer visits
- Telephone & diary management
- Maintaining hospitality areas and showroom standards
- Ordering office supplies
- Liaising with colleagues in the Sales and Service department to deliver an exceptional customer experience
You will be organised and able to manage multiple work streams with your primary focus being on the customer. The ability to work autonomously is required as this is largely an independent role. No prior automotive experience is needed, just a desire to deliver great levels of customer service to every guest, every time.
