**Job Title**: Credit Control
**Location**: Bushey
**Salary**: £14 - 15per hour
**Term**: 4 weeks with the possibility of an extension
**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm.
**Start**: ASAP
**Your key responsibilities would be**:
- You will be focusing on the credit control and enquiries relating to customer accounts
- You'll recover outstanding invoices and administration fees by contacting customers
- Part of the role will be to analyse and create financial reports on aged debt
- Updating the clients record with information required
- Providing exceptional customer service to customers
- Confident telephone manor to speak with customers
- Strong credit control skills
- Good use of own initiative
- Competent using all MS Office programmes and ideally have used SAGE200
