Dunns Food and Drinks are currently looking to recruit experienced Customer Service Operators to join our existing team in our Blantyre head office. This is an office-based position although there may be possibilities to work from home at times (following probation period). Full time or part time hours will be considered depending on the needs of the business. You’ll also need great timekeeping skills, an enthusiastic and adaptable approach to carrying out duties and a flexible approach to working hours.

The role itself is varied and requires a degree of flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly. You will be responsible for the daily management of our existing customer base which includes, but is not limited to, taking orders, answering account queries, new product pricing and credits. You will be expected to have excellent Customer Service skills and be able to prioritise your workload. You must have the ability to form close working relationships with both your customer base as well as the Territory Managers and, as you will be placing customer orders, a high level of accuracy is essential. You’ll be a valuable member of the Customer Service team, contributing to the success of the business whilst working with a great team of people and having fun along the way.

- Pricing
- Develop strong customer relationships
- Upselling

SKILLS REQUIRED
- Previous experience in a busy customer service environment
- Computer literate
- Ability to work on your own and prioritise your workload
- Friendly and eager to learn
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Experience in the food and drink sector preferred but not essential
