PTSL have grown from strength to strength, year on year, and due to our customer focus and our innovative solutions. Reporting to our Customer Services Manager, we are looking to fill a new role of Customer Service Representative.
To be successful in this role, you will be willing & keen to learn, flexible to change, attention to detail when working with documentation, have the ability to communicate clearly and a good team player.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers, including supporting with quotations
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Contribute towards sales development through the delivery of a pro-active and comprehensive customer experience.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience working in a customer facing role
