As a Front of House Team Member / Receptionist at our Stockton Club, you’ll bring great communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone. You’re flexible, motivated and you show plenty of initiative. You also have basic computer skills, including Word and Excel.

As a Member of the Front of House Team Member, you will:

- Provide the highest possible standards of customer service ensuring guests are greeted and bid farewell in a polite, efficient, professional and friendly way.
- Be available for early starts (04.45am), Evening finishes and weekend work.
- Maximize membership and Protein bar sales through up-selling and recommendations.
- Answer telephone calls politely and professionally and complete any resulting actions required.
- Courteously escort guests around the club so they are comfortable with the lay out
- Establish a good working relationship with team members and club members
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity when working with the Membr operating system, including class bookings.
- Handle any member complaints raised at reception in a professional manner. Ensure the Manager on duty is aware of any problems or issues relating to customer service.
- Have key holder responsibilities and confidently open and close the club on occasions.
- Assist in keeping the club clean and tidy at all times, will involve cleaning duties as instructed by Management.

**Salary**: Up to £9.50 per hour
