Health Care Assistant Needed in Dundee

**Responsibilities**:

- Record patient information.
- Document patient's current and changing condition.
- Communicate with the patient's family and other healthcare professionals.
- Assist with basic activities of daily living; bathe, groom, dress patients.
- Accompany patients to treatments and appointments.
- Observe and report changes in patient's condition to healthcare team members.
- Evaluate patient's mental and physical condition.
- Prepare equipment for treatments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 60 per week

**Salary**: £10.00-£14.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dundee : reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
