**Retentions Advisor**
**Job description**
A specialist in Mortgage and Life Insurance Brokerage is looking for a Retention Advisor with fantastic customer service and sales skills to join their team. If you have over 2 years experience working on the phone with a proven track record of achieving targetsthen this may be the job for you.

**Responsibilities**:
You will be contacting their existing clients who have cancelled their life insurance direct debits or missed their payments. Communication is key as you will have to understand the change in their circumstances from when they initially started their insurance.You will need to build rapport to try and find the right solution to get them insured again. **Although experience working in life insurance/retention is preferred but not necessary as full training will be given.**
**Daily Duties**:

- Contacting clients who have missed their premiums or cancelled their insurance, offering payments solutions or new policies
- Speaking with insurance providers to reinstate direct debits
- Managing daily spreadsheets (strong organisations skills needed)
- Working to targets in a fast-paced environment
- General administrative duties
