(Fully Rmote) Inbound Insurance Telesales Agent

Elizabeth Michael is recruiting for a Leading UK insurance provider for sales professionals to join their busy **Inbound Sales** department on a REMOTE full time, permanent contract. You will need a minimum of **12 months consecutive sales **experience in a targeted environment (not retail) and will be highly rewarded with a **competitive Salary of £23,000 An a OTE £4,800 (uncapped commission structure)**
**Equipment will be provided; you will just need your own reliable internet connection.**
**Hours**:5-week rota. You need to be fully flexible between the hours of 8am - 8pm on a 5-week rota. Includes 2 Saturdays and 1 Sunday in every 5 weekends.

**The role you’ll do**:
As a Customer Support Advisor in our busy inbound Customer Support & Sales department, you’ll see that customers get a great experience, with problems resolved first time. Using your expert sales skills to give added peace of mind, you will up-sell other products to our customers that best suit their needs. Underpinned by delivering excellent service during conversations, you will truly ensure our customers worlds are kept running.
**The experience and skills you need**:
- **12 months consecutive sales experience** in one role within the last couple of years
- A driven mindset with strong sales skills and a love for **hitting targets**:
- Proven experience of working autonomously or in a **home-based position**:
- Great communication skills - you’re at ease building rapport, listening to customers and demonstrating empathy when needed
- A team player committed to creating an excellent customer experience
- Unflappable and resilient attitude to juggle tasks and bounce back quickly
